Scope
Delivered as head contractor to NorthWest Developments, Stage 1 took 53 lots from bulk earthworks through stormwater, sewer and water to live connections with Urban Utilities, over a 26-week program. Our own crews and plant delivered the earthworks and pipework, with a director involved from first price to handover.
- 35,000 m³ cut to fill.
- 1 km stormwater.
- 2.2 km sewer and water.
- Live connections to QUU.
